I’m going on holiday now. See my weight-loss chart. Next target is another stone, although I wont blog about that…..But I believe part of the success of losing two stone in 12 weeks was partly down to having to grass myself up on this blog everytime I ate something I should not have, or not attended the gym.

501 Calories burnt on the Crosstrek, 600 on the Running Machine on Wednesday. 515 calories burnt on the Crosstrek and half an hour in the Turkish Steam Room on the Friday.

So this is the last you’ll read of this although I’ll continue to chart on the Weight-loss chart as I try and get rid of another stone.

Heading into week number 12, I’ve lost a pound and a half. I predicted a small weight loss for week 11 at the start of last week. The statistics show that on this new way of life I’m losing a stone in six weeks. See my weight-loss chart. There is a pattern emerging on the chart, it seems I lose a small amount, and then a bigger amount the following weeks, and then back to a small amount. By the end of week 12, I should have lost two stone in total.

As I am on holiday next week, I’ve decided to weigh in this Saturday.

No bad things on my list of things I should have not eaten.

Here is what I burnt in the gym in the last week:

  • Wednesday: 404 Calories (35 mins) - Crosstrek Machine - I felt really weak!
  • Friday: 0 Calories (35 mins) -Did not go to gym in the end, went to Neil Boughen’s girlfriend Jo’s 21st Birthday drink.
  • Saturday: an hour in the Sauna, Steam Room and Lavender (yuck!) Room
  • Sunday 501 Calories (37 mins) - Crosstrek Machine / 546 Calories (35 mins) - Running Machine

I predict a loss of 3lb in the next five days, in line with the weight lost pattern over the past four weeks.

As I head into week number 11, I’ve lost a crazy three and a half pounds over the past seven days of the “I’m not on a diet” weight-loss programme. See my weight-loss chart. There is a pattern emerging on the chart, it seems I lose a small amount, and then a bigger amount the following weeks, and then back to a small amount.

In the past seven days I’ve been really good, unlike last week. I’m the same weight now as I was four years ago in July when I headed off to the Malaga on holiday with Chris and Dave. I’m now four pounds off my target weight.

Here is what I burnt in the gym in the last week:

  • Wednesday: 535 Calories (35 mins) - Crosstrek Machine
  • Friday: 509 Calories (35 mins) - Crosstrek Machine
  • Sunday 516 Calories (35 mins) - Crosstrek Machine / 542 Calories (35 mins) - Running Machine

I ate a huge chocolate egg on Saturday evening.

I predict a loss of 1lb in the next seven days, in line with the weight lost pattern over the past four weeks.
